undo, shift-alt artboard drag, copy/paste of components disappears on Win10

I keep losing the following functionalities in XD in Windows 10:

undo
shift-alt drag of artboards to duplicate artboards
copy/paste of components

I have restarted many times, and even made a new FILE which eventually lost the functionality as well after an hour or two. This is after update to XD19, but I have had other instances of losing undo in the past as well.

Is there any known fix for this? It is almost impossible to use the software without these functionalities.

What's going on with these questions? There are about 5 of the same group of issues: Undo/Redo, Save, Copy/Paste, and Shift+Drag Artboard. My team are wasting a lot of time restarting this app or even their entire PC, and I can't maintain a component library for a very large system design. Individual designers are reduced to breaking off local components or just using individual groups of objects and f--- the component system altogether. Anything to take out links to the main library file solves the individual designer's issues, but defeats the purpose of a central library, and makes my job as a CD very difficult to maintain consistency. I've about had it with this program.

Hi there,

We understand it could be annoying for you. We'd like to know a few more details like:

Is it an intermittent issue or happen regularly with the components?
Could you please share the GIF or a video, so that we can check at our end?

We'd also suggest trying toggling the windows or press Esc key when it happens and let us know if that helps.

Did you also try to uninstall and install Adobe XD again? You could use the Creative Cloud CleanerTtool.

Yes, and it doesn't solves my problem.... I think it maybe has to do when I create a Component in a Component. Suddenly It creates a complete blockage of all fonctions in that particular Artboard only ( copy paste and undo). Once I undo the component it SOMETIMES resolves the problem....
