Uninstalled by mistake and lost all files

Hey community,

I have accidentally uninstalled Adobe XD from my pc and now I have lost all the files, prototypes etc.

I tried reinstalling XD and got the new version, however, the files are gone, they are not in my pc and they are not in the cloud 😞

Do you know how can I get back to the old version of XD and recover my files?

    Hi Ana, 

    Sorry to hear it.

    If you have reinstalled the XD with same ID, We will be able to get back the file.

    Go to https://assets.adobe.com/ where all the clouds file with specific ID get save.

    If you cannot use same ID again, Sorry it is not possible to get back file.

    Hope, you will be able to get your file back.
