Update Link in XD stopped working.

Hi! I can no longer update my link in XD. It worked by lunchtime and then I worked all afternoon and couldnt update it when i was done. About 3 hours later. It says im disconected but im not.

 

Ive tried to make a new file, log out from cc, restart my computer and with diffrent wifis but nothing has worked for days. I have a deadline for monday and dont know what to do. Can you help me?

OS version of your machine: Windows 11 Home

Your XD version: 57.1.12.2

The region from where you are operating from: Sweden

    @lojsan Hate to state the obvious... but, its the internet. It isn't Adobe issue. Did you save the the Xd file to the cloud or on yoru computer? If it isn't on the cloud, then the file is on your computer...unless, it wasn't save at all.

    I saved it on the cloud. But it can't be the internet, all my other programs that require internet is working and I've tried a different wifi aswell and it is still the same 😞 I can find it on the cloud so I have everything.

    @lojsan In this case, uninstall Xd and re-install it. I would do a clean removal of Xd... 

    Don't use some third-party website to remove your Adobe apps...use the genuine Adobe product

    When done, re-install Xd through your adobe account on adobe.com
