Urgent Help Needed: All Files Lost after Cancelled Creative Cloud Membership

Hi there, 

the company I work at canceled the creative cloud membership and now ALL the files are gone. I can't even find them in the deleted files folder. I need help desperately. That's years of work gone. Please tell me there's a way of recovering them.

I understand how stressful and upsetting it can be to lose years of work due to circumstances beyond your control. If you're unable to access the files from the business profile, you can ask the Admin to reclaim the asset for you by following the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html
