User Resizing of Images on Click or Tap

Hello - I'm new to XD. I want users to be able to click or tap on a small size image so that its dimensions expand and the user can see the detail more clearly.  The Responsive Resize function is for the creator when drafting, and I can't find my desired function in XD.  If it exists, can anyone point me to it please?

You can link two artboards (one with a small image and the other with a large image) with transition
