Users get issued to log in to see a link with no restrictions

I have problems with links to prototypes in Adobe XD.

I create them with View setting Development and Link access “Anyone with the link”, but users still get issued to login to be able to see the prototype. I have to invite them to make it possible for them to view the prototype.

 

How can this be solved?

    Hi Viktoria,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of XD & OS.
    2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
    3. Does the prototype include voice playback?
    4. Will it be possible for you to share the link with us? If yes, you can either share it here or through DM by clicking on my name.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply!
    I thought that I answered yesterday, but it doesn't seem to be posted...

     

    1: XD version: 45.0.62.17

    Windows 10 Enterprise 19043.1237

    2: in one file, so far. It has a lot of prototypes in it.

    3. No voiceback, just a normal prototype.
