Version History Bug

Version History in some cloud documents is no longer accessible. Getting the empty state. I know others had this issue a few months back and Adobe was able to solve it, but not sure what the fix was.

Same here – lost hundreds of documents, thousands of versions. Zero hope.

Hi,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you confirm if it's happening with multiple or specific files? Have you tried signing out and signing in again. Please ensure you're signed with the correct Adobe ID.
