video not playing on android app

I have a prototype with a video that plays automatically on desktop but doesn't play at all on the android app.

What's the solution?

      Hi Mowglivj, I checked a video playback on the Andriod device, and It is working fine. Can you please check the limitations on this page and see if you run into anyone of it? 

       

       

      Please create a sample file with a video of less than 25 MB and check if that works on the Android app.

       

      If none of this works, please share the file you have trouble with. I'll investigate and get back to you.
