Videos not playing and becomes transparent

Hello,

 

I have a big issue with my videos on my document. The vides are not playing in preview, whereas i put automatic playing and loop playing. when i change the plan, the video disappear.

 

is my document corrupted ?

    Hello again everybody,

    I have found the origin of the issue and i wanted to share it with you.

    I listen my music on Qobuz with the Wasapi Exclusive mode, which the application take the control of all the sound system of my computer.

     

    in this case, it blocked the video playing on adobe XD, so be careful of that !
