Voice prototyping not available for my account type

Hi - I'm have an enterprise Creative Cloud account with my organization. I just tried to test out voice protoyping in XD, but was met with the error "Voice prototyping not available for your account type".

 

Does anyone know what kind of account type I need to be able to do voice prototyping with XD?
