We can’t verify your subscription status.

As suggested in the adobe support I tried unchecking the Syncronise with an Internet time server. But it did not work. Still getting the same error. 

 

"We can’t verify your subscription status."

 

Any help will be appreciated...

    Hello Rishabh,

     

    Thanks for your message. I tried to fix the issue with all possible resolution methords but I am still getting the same error. "We can't verify your subscription". 

    I clicked on the link for the help with a remote session but on that page I am not able to find where I can request for a remote session. When I click on the Contact Us button it doen't work.

     

    Can you please help resolve this issue?
