"We were unable to verify your subscription status."
Hi there, I would like some help with this error, please. It used to work a few months ago, but now everytime I try to open XD it prompts this message saying it wasn't possible to access Adobe's servers and asking to verify my internet connection. Things I've tried:
- https://helpx.adobe.com/br/xd/kb/cannot-verify-subscription-xd.html (both solutions, my Web Credentials were empty so did it with Windows Credentials)
- Removing CC and XD completely from my computer with RevoUninstaller and downloading it again
- Tested other networks from different locations and providers
Thought about doing a Windows reinstall but would like to avoid that if possible. I don't know how else I can fix this issue and I really need this to work on my computer, so if anyone has any idea of what to do, I'd greatly appreciate the help. Thanks!
