Website publishing - DIY simple for novice | busy

I have two domains that I wish to publish 2 small websites. Godaddy wants like 120$ for each site/domain to build the site annually. So my thought was to look at Adobe and see what you have.

If you have a solution similar to former Spark Post that would be very helpful. In terms of complexity.

Adobe really does not full web site building tools like Wix or SquareSpace. They have to tools to create the images, video or the actual HTML & CSS, but not a combined solution that you are probably looking for.
