I got that is the case, but for example, Photoshop 20.0.1 update, released at the same time, published the detailed list of bugs fixed.

OK, Photoshop made a total mess with the 20.0.0 release so I understand they needed to follow up properly but they maintain a web page listing all the previous fixes too: Fixed issues in Adobe Photoshop CC I was looking for a similar information on XD, but couldn't find it, hence my question.
