What happens to shard files after my account has been deleted?

I'm leaving the company and for most files i am the owner of the file. How can i ensure my team can continue to work with those files when i leave the company and my account will be canceled?

    Thank you. Which means there is no way to transfer ownership. Thats very disapointing.
