What's the different between win10 version and mac version?

Question

I have no mac os machine, so my only choice is to use win10 version Adobe xd.

Q1:

Can I use the Complete function & third-party tools(like protopie、zeplin) on win10 version?

Q2:

Did Adobe XD strong enough to do UI design instead of Sketch app?

Protopie seems to be further along for Windows, but is missing some features. Here's a page to vote for better Protopie support for Windows:

that compare Sketch and XD. The article is slightly old now, but most things are still the same. As Sketch is Mac only, it wouldn't be an option for you on Windows
