What will be happen after October 2020
I want to know that what will be happen after october 2020 in Adobe XD ? Will Adobe allow previous versions to use on free subscription or they'll shutdown all version's without paid subscription ?

I hadn't heard about a change in XD, but I found this article, which I think answers your questions:

It does say that existing links will still work, and that you can continue to edit, and previously invited people will still have access.
