Question

Where can I finde the corresponding document to a link?

Yesterday I have encountered a brand new mystery.
I went back to one of my XD files, created two weaks ago and was horrified to see that it was an old version opening that missed may last edits. But I discussed the latest revisions with my colleauges - so i searched the last shared link I provided my team with. There they were - the additional screens.
Now there is only one file version saved in the cloud. The file name shown in the link is the same. But the content is different.
What is happening? What can I do? Is there a way to trace back or open the version provided in the link?

Hello,

Thank you for your quick answer! Of course I have checked online and the version history. I have also checked here:

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe XD/CloudToLocalMRUCache
All unsuccessfully unfortunately.

Kind regards, Conni

Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. I am afraid, we don't have an option to trace the file using link however you can check if you are able to see the file here https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and also you can look for previous version of the files by following the steps shared here https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/revision-history-in-xd-helps-ensure-peace-of-mind-during-collaboration/m-p/10703548#M18044

Let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.

Regards

Rishabh
