where is my Time Trigger?

I'm using the latest Adobe XD update, but I'm having trouble with the Time Trigger. It’s not showing up. I know that I need to connect the pages themselves (not pictures or symbols), and I’ve done that, but the Time Trigger is still missing. I can’t find it anywhere. I only learned about it after watching a tutorial, but it was never there in my workspace.
