White empty menu starting XD Macbook (new installation)

After installation a white, empty menu or a macbook. And no solution via the helpdesk. Really bad. And turns out to be a long-term problem. Do not come up with an excuse now, but provide a suitable solution. No reinstallation or formating of an OS. The problem has been with other users for much longer. Shame for such an expensive product.
