Why Adobe XD is not included in my "all apps" subscribtion plan anymore?

Hello

 

I have an "all aps" subscription plan for Adobe CC. Today I have realised Adobe XD is removed from my plan. There is only a button called "Try" instead of "Open" in CC apps list. Why I don't have it anymore?

    I got a license for CC through my organization explicitly for XD. It shows up in my account summary as part of my plan, but can't access it anywhere. Doesn't show as an available app in CC at all, desktop or web

    Hi everybody.

    Suddenly the problem was already fixed by itself, maybe it's just a matter of waiting for Creative Cloud to update.

    Confirmed 🙂 I see everything is back to normal although I haven't caught any recent updates from CC itself...

    Hi everyone, 

     

    I used one old trick from IT Crowd "have you tried turning it off and on again?".

    It´s not joke. 🙂 So my advice, go to your Adobe Creative Cloud, log out and log back in.

    This simple thing help me, I can work in Adobe XD again, so maybe could help you too.

    Same here!

    I'm subscribing to Adobe's plan which includes XD in the set of apps, although on the CC main page, I see a "lock" icon on the XD thumbnail 😞

    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because people's work depends on it!

    I am in the same situation:
    Why do I have this message for Adobe XD in Creative Cloud:
    "Trial version expired, buy now."
    when I have the Adobe Creative Cloud???"

    Is there any news because I have files and can't open them now for that reason. And my clients are waiting for the files.

    Thanks for your reply. I still see "Buy Now" an "Try" option even though I'm online with my id "tuncbudak@gmail.com".
