Why can't I drag images onto the XD program? Please help

Sorry to hear that you are facing trouble dragging images to XD. Could you please share the OS version of your machine? A short video or gif of the workflow will be better to understand so that we can try at our end.

Hi, what version of Adobe XD are you using? What kind of images are you trying to import?

    I use Adobe XD latest version, and I drag image JPG to import.
