Why do I get this message so often lately?

I am pretty sure no one else is working on my file! But I get this every time I save now!

    I tried your logging out and in, restarted, still the same.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the suggestion shared by Italosan, in case if you are still getting the error, please share a few more details like:

     

    1. Please share a screenshot of the About XD info page and OS.
    2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
    3. Does this document have co-editing enabled?
