Why my saved local .xd files are not opening even the application is up to date. After showing the opening screen it automatically close.........

First, double-check that the application is up to date. There was an Adobe XD release today of 40.1.22.

Second, you can try using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to fix installation problems (that can cause it to not open files).
