Why some fontawesome glyphs are present as text and some as images?

I have a problem when some glyphs is presented as text (as on screenshot 1) 

and some text is presented as icon (as on screenshot 2) 


Both of them have same font "Font Awesome 5 Pro" and same font attributes - size 16 and weight solid.

It is clearly local problem because other people don't face it.

Any tips I can make this work?

    We are sorry for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing the issue on XD 48 version? We would like to know if it's happening with XD or with other Adobe applications as well.

     

    Do you've the font downloaded in your machine or have you activated it from Adobe fonts site?
