with error 191 when upgrading xd

Question

Always fails when upgrading xd (version 30) on my win10 with error 191. According to the guidance of the official website, the operation is invalid, upgrade win10 and vc++ to the latest version can not continue to upgrade xd, is very helpless. I also encountered this problem in my laptop, and finally I reinstalled the cc program and xd by resetting win10. In addition, the function of dragging and dropping pictures into the drawing board is not available, and the previous function of copying and pasting pictures into xd in windows Manager is also invalid.
