Work was mysteriously deleted

I was working in an art board when suddenly all of the work on my other art boards was deleted. I don't know how it happened or how to recover the missing work. This is EXTREMELY odd given that the work on the art board I was on wasn't also deleted.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to get my designs back?
