XD 43 gets stuck when try to open a file.

I got a problem when open any XD file, it will stuck in there forever, tried to Create New file but it also won't appear

Tried re-install many time, tried Adobe Clean Tool but won't work

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try the steps shared below:

Sign out of XD and Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Close CoreSync process from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
Reboot your computer.
Sign back in on the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app and launch XD from there and let us know if you are able to access the file or if you need any further assistance.
