XD 44 : Repair Broken Links to Library

I have a maseter library that I created. Somehow all the links to it broke with the latest update. When I click on the red link icon to resolve broken links it takes me to the "Browse Share Libraries" window. The problem is the library I created is not here. How in the world do I get it to show up and why is this so broken? The last update where you can't share components across mutliple files has caused such a mess.
