XD has been updated this week and cloud error has occurred.
There is an error that occurred while uploading documents to cloud storage, and synchronization is not working.
All files in the existing cloud have been deleted.
What are you going to do? For the error, just restore my file.
Just spit out my money.

Everything I've been working on for 6 months disappeared.

I'm in a hurry. just restore my file

It's my computer's specification.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), catalina os

Sometimes it could be a server error. it's better to check the Adobe server-status https://status.adobe.com

Did you try after some time?

What should I check on that site?

It's been an error for several days.

In the previous version, the cloud and library stopped working, so we couldn't collaborate in XD.

so, I re-installed a new version, and it's in the same state.

But some of the important files from the previous version disappeared in the cloud.

What should I do?

Hi there,

We are sorry for the frustration. Are you able to see the files here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents? Please also share the version of XD and the OS of your machine.

We are here to help.

Thanks,

Harshika
