XD 6 not opening after update

Hello,

After the update to XD 6, the application is not working or opening! Anyone facing similar issues?

I am using a HP Zbook with i7, 32gb ram, windows 10 pro, Nvidia Quatro

I browsed through similar issues on forum and their workarounds, but it doesn't seem to be working. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Ankush,

XD didn't launch at execution. I tried uninstalling and installing it few times, still it didn't launch in all those tries. But then I restarted my machine once, it started working then. Hope it doesn't have any more launch problems again.

What exactly is happening with the product? Whether it doesn't launch, or crash?

Please see this doc - Adobe XD System requirements and check if the system requirements mentioned matches with yours.
