I'm trying to embed an XD prototype into a website via iframe for a client. I embedded it a few weeks ago and it worked fine, now I changed something in the XD document, updated the link and I have the error message: xd.adobe.com hat die Verbindung abgelehnt. (xd.adobe.com hast declined the connection.) and can't see the prototype. I've tried it from various computers and networks, did all the troubleshooting from this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/troubleshoot-cant-connect-online-service.html and tried to embed it in another website as well; always the same error. Please help!

If the other troubleshooting recommendations didn't work, then you could try removing the published prototype and resharing it to have XD create a new link that you can use in your iframe:

  1. Click on Manage Links from within XD which will take you to https://assets.adobe.com/links
  2. Click on the 3 dots and select Permanently delete to delete the published prototype (don't delete your XDC file, though)
  3. Go back Adobe XD and reshare it to create a new link
  4. Use the new URL in your iframe

I tried that and also tried saving the file with a different name and creating a new link, nothing worked.
Is it a server issue? When I click on the link I can see the prototype, but embedding that link into the iframe doesn't work.
