XD app not visible on apps

Hi all, has anyone else had an issue with t e following - purchased and downloaded the Creative Cloud program, went to install XD but it was not available for me to. When I try to install it externally via a link I get a message saying that I am not elidgable or my computer has not got the correct spec....both statements are false! Help!!!

    Contact Adobe Support directly, while they monitor this forum, it will be faster that way. Adobe is basically hiding new installs of XD, so you will have to push for it. Plenty of posts on this issue in the forums.
