XD Can't ivite to document

Hi All, for last few days facing the issue that I can't invite to the document editng anyone. I have company paid account and didn't face any problem before.

    1. The version of XD & OS.
    2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
    3. Could you please DM me your Adobe ID so that we can check your account details. To DM, please click on my name and then send a message.
    4. Please collect and share system logs by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
