Xd: can't open library

Hello! 

I can't use my libraries, see the layers I got or open the plug in seccion on xd, I tried on different xd files and with short cuts but nothing has worked. I clicked them and they look like It but i cant see the options or anything. I really need to use them to keep on working. 

I'm using the last  Xd version aviable
