XD changed content in some components after update 41.1.12

Adobe XD after updating changes content in some of my components in the file as well as throughout the version history.
I tested out an offline file in the old version 41.0.12 and it worked fine there but after updating it to the newer version if would just change the content.
The issue with this is adobe content is not changes in the version history but it has changes there as well.

    I am experiencing similar problems after updating to 41.1.12. I lost the link to my libraries, which are not able to update. When dragging in components the fonts are missing.
