xd claims that i dont have internet connection while trying to install plugins

hi, 

i have adobe xd and its working fine but i ran into something that i need to install a plugin to help me with it but when i went to the discover plugins tab it says: "Connect to internet to discover plugins. You can still manage your installed plugins while offline."

while i clearly have internet connection.

can anyone help me with this issue because i really need to install some plugins.

    thanks for your attention and for trying to help me with this issue.

    it looks like i was logged out from adobe creative cloude, and thats why the xd was running fine but offline, i have signed in again to my creative cloude and everything is working fine now.

    to answer your question, yes the problem was with all the plugins infact the whole discover plugins tab didnt work and said that i dont have intenet connection, and i didnt try to switch my connection because i only have one source of internet in my home.

    Hi, does this problem occur with all plugins you try to install? Have you tried changing your connection?
