XD Closes on startup after updating to 25.1.12

Question

HiI have updated my XD to 25.1.12 in my Win10 pro Alienware laptop (dual Graphics card Intel/Amd) and now when XD is started from CC interface or directly, the screen goes white then quits. no error no hanging, just crashes out. The latest Photoshop, Premier Pro, AE work ok.Update to latest Video drivers. Any ideas??

Please try to update XD to the latest version XD 2020 - 25.2.12

In case that doesn't work, please try solutions below:

Part One:

Restart your computer.

Part Two:

Try doing a clean installation of Adobe XD. Uninstall Adobe XD using the CC cleaner Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems , and reinstall the software using your CC desktop app.
