XD cloud continues to go offline

Not just me but my co-worker on the east coast are experiencing this issue. It goes online and offline all day. Cannot find a way to report this. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    As stated, it's not just me here in TX, it's our other designers on the East Coast. We are all experiencing the issue so I don't think it's the internet connection. But yes, I have a wired connection and tried the wifi and even tried using my phone. Issue persists regardless.
