XD Cloud Document Artboards Order Not Saved

Good morning,

I am having an issue with the XD cloud documents not saving the order of the Artboards. I have a very specific order that I want my artboards to show in the layers window, and I take the time to put my artboards into a specific layer order so that I can move from one artboard to the next and if I need to go to specific artboards, I can just scroll to the one I need, press it, and be taken to that artboard. With the artboard order not being saved, this is much more difficult and time consuming.

 

The image attached is of the current order of the artboards after opening the document this morning. When I closed the document at 5pm yesterday, I had placed the artboards in numerical, descending order from 1 through 38. Some of the order remains, but much of it is not in order.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we have tried the same scenario in "XD-50", but unfortunately I could not be able to reproduce this issue.

    Could you please let us know:

    1. In which version of XD, you are facing this issue.

    2. Which platform - Mac or Win

    3. Is it file specific or with all files

    4. If possible please attach screen recording.

    5. Make sure that before closing the XD, the file has been properly saved to cloud.
