XD crash instantly on Catalina

I'm using a macbookpro i9 on MacOS Catalina and XD crash often, i saw on my monitor activites XD take 103% of my processor how it's possbile ?

macOS Catalina has alot of Security requirements which can cause issues...I recently update to macOS Catalina and got into issues with many Adobe Apps. Adobe has created following page to notify that Adobe Apps are not fully tested with macOS Catalina update - https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/global/fix-macos-64-bit-compatibility-errors.html

As of now, I would recommend you to uninstall Adobe XD and also select the option to remove preferences and reinstall it
