XD crash Windows 10 - Windows.UI.XAML.DLL faulty

I've spoken to couple people on the support team and no one could help me which is understandable because it's on microsofts part. But since I've to use this program for school I would still appreciate it if someone figured this out for me.

XD would start and crash immediately without crash report.

My laptop's info:

Correct answer Preran

Thank you for that info! I hope to get some support in this thread tho

The team is aware of this issue in the Windows build and has logged a bug for the issue to be fixed in a future update. Meanwhile, if possible, I suggest using Adobe XD on another computer that fulfills the requirements specified in Adobe XD System requirements

Same. Under debug throws this. Reinstallation does not help.

I even reinstalled windows and it sadly didn't work. My conclusion would be that the old GPU causes this problem but can't really find something indicating it.

I dunno. Radeon R5 M430 is not so old.
