XD Crashed and Lost all of my work

Hi there, I have been working on an project on adobe XD for 2 weeks+ on my MacBook Pro and suddenly yesterday XD crashed.  the first couple times i attempted to open the file again it crash 5-7 times, so finally i restarted by computer and opened it again and literally ALL of the work I did in those 2 weeks were complete gone and said the last time it was saved was on sept 23 (which was approx when I started).

 

 I am extremely distraught as I now need to redo an enormous amount of work if I do not some how get my file recovered. I have never has this issue before with cloud saving as i thought it was autosaved by default is there any way I can get my files back? I am desperate.

 

I have already tried all of the methods listed on this help link but no avail.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please check if you can find the file at the below mentioned location:

 

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe XD/CloudToLocalMRUCache

 

This is the temp location for auto-save and the best way to find the file is through time-stamp as the file name may not be same.

    just tried this and there are two folders in there and neither of them contain the file i am looking for.
