XD crashes all the tiiiiime :(((

Hi,

 

Got a deadline on tuesday and XD is making my life miserable.

Crashes when...

...Screen wakes up after it auto shuts off (energy save)

...If I drag a XD window to my second monitor

...Randomly when I do other stuff

It also has corrupted filees two times during these crashes so I have to roll back and loose two days work. 

I'm sooo close to switch to some other software, this is redicolous.

 

XD version: 41.0.12

Win 10: 19043.1052

RTX Quadro 4000 Driver: 462.59

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. We already have a bug logged for the dual-monitor crash and the team is working on a fix. Could you please share a few more details like:

     

    1. Is XD crashing randomly on a specific file or multiple files?
    2. Please collect system logs by following the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and then add it to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share it through DM by clicking on my name.
