I'm not using XD that much now, it is a small bug. I've just opened XD now on the same computer and it seems that the same problem doesn't occur. The problem was happening in 51.0.12.6 and it seems to be fixed in the same version, sence it didn't get updated. The problem could be made from the Cloud or just a problem with my computer, because it is from my school and I have no control over what changes they do, also could be just a restart computer problem or a RAM consumption problem. I'll mark it as "Solved" because I wont use XD that much now, and the problem seems to be fixed for now. (Just found out my school is having problems with everyones Adobe subscription, this is something they said not long ago and already has happened, it is strange that I can use XD but not After Effects, for example, this problem of not opening other apps just happened now. I think this problem comes from the Adobe Cloud.) Also, thanks for the help and also sorry for the delay of my responses. Hope this helps other people and also hope it gets totally fixed if it isn't already. If you need more information reply and I'll answer in 1 week or next time I resume school.
