XD Crashing

I'm on a Windows, double monitor and when I go to save or simply paste a word, the whole program crashes then I lose all my work for my internship. It's up to date, I've uninstalled everything then reinstalled and I've looked through other posts here but there's no solution I've seen. I hope Adobe fixes these bugs.
