XD crashing while trying to open/launch it.

We are sorry to hear you are having crash issues while trying to open Adobe XD. If you are on a windows machine we would request you to please try the steps mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/user-guide.html/xd/kb/xd-crashes-when-launched-on-Windows.ug.html 

If you're on a Mac, please try the below steps-

• Perform a clean install
• Uninstall XD using the Adobe Cleaner Tool
• Re-install the application.
