XD crashing yet again, won't open new or old content

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please uninstall XD using the Adobe Cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/2x6BO9z and then re-install XD and let us know if this solves the issue or if you need any further assistance.
