XD document not opening

Hi,

 

I was working on a file, and I am the sole contributor. Suddenly I received a pop-up message saying to save an earlier version of that file. When I clicked on the link, my file got closed, and now I can't open it. I can't even download it. Please help me. I am loosing an important piece of urgent work. Many thanks in advance.

    Hi gogoimouchumi15,

     

    We are sorry to hear you are unable to open your XD document. We would like to know if you've tried opening the file from here and let us know if that works. If it doesn't, please try signing out of XD, Creative Cloud desktop app, restart the machine and then launch XD from Creative Cloud Desktop app.
