    HI Nora23903833sam8.

    Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for the trouble caused, could you please quit & relaunch XD again and also answer to the below listed querries,
    1.In which platform your facing it - Win/Mac?

    2.Is it happening on every launch?

    3. XD version?

    If its on win- Bug has been logged and in future realases wont seen such issues and please update to the latest version of XD.

    Same problem here on version 49.0.12. 

     

    I work in a windows platform. On every launch I receive the message about my internet connection but I am connect and the other programs still workinking well, except for the Fresco, I've been experienced this same situation with it.

     

    I tried to to reinstall the current and the previous version and the problem still there.
